This site collects as little as it can: your first name and email address, and only if you register.
Who is responsible

What we collect, and why
When you register for the free course, we collect your first name and email address. We use them to email you the free course and occasional updates from rscp.co, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them.
The basis is your consent. After you register, we send an email asking you to confirm your address, and nothing else is sent until you do. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us.
Who holds it
Your name and address are held by MailerLite, our email provider, which acts as our processor and holds them only on our instructions. MailerLite's privacy policy explains how it does so.
We keep them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Its fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third party.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting service that sees your IP address in order to send you the pages and keep the service secure: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub's privacy statement explains how it handles that.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email kien@kinetica.partners and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
